Actually that sounds about right. The blue would be the areas decals can be applied.

Actually the Blue is spec, or shine as its called around here, Alphas are used for team colours, normal texture alpha is base colour, spec/illum alpha is for stripe colour. Didnt you get the pm I sent you about this a while back?
