i'm slowly downloading Max, but it will take me a while. Also, they have a demo for Rhino, tried it, now that is a hard program to use.:eek2:

In the rendering and animation department however, 3Dmax takes the crown...


Now that is amusing. :lol:

I may prefer using TS over Max but I'm in no way foolish enough to claim it's better. It's mearly that I found it easier to use. For low poly models both programs can turn out very good results. There's no real need to choose one over the other now that we have Styxx's converter so let's just leave it at that.

Yeah, but we've already established you're jinxed.......

(And on the subject, I converted another model today.... yay!  Used to take days to set it up in TrueSpit, now takes literally minutes :D)

It's very particular, per each model, on how it wants capitalization, and linkage...  The same combination often doesn't work twice...

nope, afaik they get triangulated automatically when loaded into the engine.
