They do?

*Googles*

Heh. Nice, though no doubt the victim of far, far too many bad cardgame puns. They wanted/want to do a similar thing here - I understand the plan was/is to cut out the Union Jack and stick the Aboriginal Flag in there. Rather silly if you ask me.

So what do they want to change the flag of the UK to?

Well, we change the National Anthem depending on who is in charge, Though  I must admit, confusion could abound if Charlie ever gets the crown ;)

It's all very well and good suggesting this, but are there any suggestions on how this can be done whilst still maintaining rhyme and cadence to the words?

As for the Flag, tne Union Jack is three Flags, Patrick, Andrew and George, the Welsh tend to stick to their own 'Red Dragon' flag, which is, quite frankly, nicer than our own 'eye test' one.

Yeah, most of the militant feminazis.  You know, the ones who think that a woman can have a happy, fulfiled life without a husband or children.  If you believe that, explain to me why, in record numbers, younger and younger women are leaving the workforce to become stay/work at home moms?

The womenlibers movement evolved from the sufferage movement, but they proceed from the false assumption that men and women have the same mental and physical capability and that it is only society that prevents women from being equals of men.

If this is so, how come men and women have a hard time communicating?  Why is it that men and women can't accurately guess what the other is thinking?

Women are naturally nurturers and caregivers, you know, Mothers.  This developed from the fact that they are the ones physiologically equipped to give birth and provide sustenance for the young.

Men are naturally larger and capable of being physically stronger in most cases because they are the defenders and food gatherers.

Each is not "better" than the other, they just have different roles that biology dictates that they are better equipped to handle.

I personally don't see what the big deal is.  I expect a woman who has a child to care for the child, she needs a husband to be the breadwinner so she can spend the largest amount of time possible with the child.

The reason that there are so many single mothers is not really because all men are jerks, most men being jerks is a symtom of the same problem.  A lack of fatherly influence and education.  Too many men are getting their jollies and then not take responsibility for the product.  The child doesn't get a father, and becomes a handle because they never recieved proper dicipline from a father.  They don't receive a good example of what a family is supposed to be

You'll be single, then?

I think it boils down to people, not gender, take decorating, as an example I've had first hand recently.

Now, Sharon cannot paint, she never got the knack, bless her, she just blobs it on, and I usually have to fill in all the white bits. However, my Mum can paint and hang wallpaper brilliantly, Sharon doesn't have the patience for it, she gets halfway through and gets bored, but that's her character, not really her gender.

I...ju...WHAT THE ****?!

Kids doing this?! Their teacher should be fired/fined for doing this...this is an outrage!

Change the anthem to "In all thy sons and daughters[/u] command."

It doesn't work numb-nuts. Live with it, if you don't want to "Feel left out" in your anthem, go to America. Hell, you're already being supported by one somewhat. (Last Election, the Conservatives wanted to up Canada's military force, like getting BATTLESHIPS FOR ****S SAKE!, as well as whole hell of a lot of other things that would make Canada into "Ca-merica" good thing they lost though...)

And yes, I'm Liberal all the way man! The best PMs were Liberal and that's good enough for me.

My preferred method of decorating has always been of the 'firecracker in paint tin' variety.  I've never actually tried it, but I'm sure it would work.

Well, the firecracker could be replace with a sealed package of C4.  Or maybe just keep the fuse dry and the tin open.

Not if you kept the fuse above the paint.

Paint might get set on fire, but I guess you could call that part of the art. :p

I never said anything of the kind, I just noted the very obvious fact that women are the ones who are physiologically designed to give birth and care for the children in the time before they can eat solid food.  Left to their own devices most little girls tend to play with dolls.

More to the point more and more research is coming out everyday that women are predisposed to being caregivers and motherly type figures.  I'm not saying it wrong for them to live and work anyway they want to, all I'm saying is that they are predisposed, biologically, to being mothers.

BTW, my not getting laid is a)none of your business, b)because I'm not trying, and c)I'm the ugliest son of a ***** on the planet.

*"aha!  found one!" echoes through out the installation*

I'm 6'3", weigh 295 lbs and look like that.  Do you understand now why womenfolk have never really hung around me?  It doesn't matter how nice I am or any of those other things guys pretend they are to get women, it ain't never gonna happen.:sigh:

Where I fought in many guises,
Many names, but always me.

There are only 10 types of people in the world , those that understand binary and those that don't.
