The moral of the story: starve yourselves. It'll reduce the stupid people in the population, reduce the population in general, and means less idiots on the freeway.

We don't hear to much about obesity in Canada. Maybe they're spiking the maple syrup that's exported with lipids. Fattening us up for when the Wraith arrive ;)

Its colder up here...metabolisms have to be heigher to cope with the cold.  Thats my theory.  That and we don't eat quite as much...I don't anyways.

Still...the moment I cross the border...I see fat people everywhere.  Disgustingly fat.  I don't understand...but its really really bad.

I'm in that range and I am not fat. Then again I am 6'6"......

Don't forget that part of your bidy weight is not only determined by your height, but also your "build"

I guess Italian standards are much stricter :)
In my town, you'd be considered a bit overweight, but not much else. I'm a bit taller and a bit heavier, and I'm not that much above the average.

Here´s a related article, warning americans life expectancy will drop in the next years, due to obesity:

CHICAGO - U.S. life expectancy will fall dramatically in coming years because of obesity, a startling shift in a long-running trend toward longer lives, researchers contend in a report published Thursday.

So i wouldn´t start feeling happy just yet.
