Dubhe owns Vasuda Prime, maybe, but no way in hell your volitile little system can compare to what will soon be the HUB for intergallactic transport and weapons developement. As well as being a major tourist attraction.

Tania Austrailis was colonized by Terrans shortly after the closing off of Sol. Vasudans moved in a few years later.
