That's mass production, not retail. You won't see it in retail for at least 1-2 months after production starts, so say October at the earliest, and December at the latest.

Finally, the fact that it was announced back in May without a whisper of availability even to the media until now is a very bad sign for ATi, as paper launches are some of the worst things you can do.
