The patch is out, which adds in the simulator and LAN multiplayer.

Whee! Newtonian dogfights with redout/blackout! :D

Of course I now want the final version so I can fly a Thunderbolt and Nial...

Does anyone have any tips for flying in this? I'm having a serious case of boomerang in every dogfight I encounter.

Keep speed around 250-400. Use afterburners to reduce the time it takes to change directions. Also be sure to use sliding and set your cannons to chain firing so you can pelt the area with shots.

Only use inertial in dogfights where the other guys are in much better ships.

And I love this game.
