Downloaded and installed the Babylon Project MOD. It ROCKS!!!!

Like the sound effects and music. Not to mention the command briefing animations!!!

I must say that this MOD is as close as anyone can get to Babylon 5.

To the Babylon Project staff: Keep it up!!! I can't wait for the finished product!!!

Babylon5 uses Newtonian physics like Independence War 2 does, Freespace2 can't do that.

You can (or should be able to) mod some parts of the fighters flight style in the table entries.

Some already know the Mara can fly sideways (VERY slowly) and anyone who can access the tables can make any other fighter do the same.

I don't know if this has already been done for the B5 mods yet cos I havn't downloaded it yet but if it hasn't it may be worth a try (it's not perfect but at least you can perform strafing maneuvers etc just like in the series).


Oh yeh, is there only Earth and Mimbari ships available so far?

darkage: Do yourself a favor and just get the fastest laptop there is, put your monitor on a stand next to your bed, plug in you joystick, and play from your bed!    That way, if you pass out then atleast you'll already be in bed and won't have that crique in your neck.

Q to the B5 modders: Is the final release going to be even bigger than this one?    You have to admit, thats to download...I don't think my modem could handle it for very long.    Not even Scotty would be able to resurrect it.    Did I mention that I'm all out of wax?  

Seriously, any idea how big the final release will be?

I'm thinking of taking my spare 3GB HD and getting the demo from college using their dual-T1 connect.
