Hmm fair enough, do you think you could do a small 3D illustration of it, and I'm trying to keep the poly count usable in Freespace (god help me...).

Well, the thing that comes to mind right now is the Hyperion Battlecruiser from StarCraft.  That was a sweet ship design.
