I just installed a brand new heatsink (made entirely with copper) today to replace the stock heatsink that came with my Duron 700.  Temps dropped from 51C to 38C!!!!  Lets just say I'll never use an alluminum heatsink again.  This thing is quiet too!  I can't even hear it over my case fans!
