Well my 2 cents.
My father has been a professional photographer for like 20+ years, and has 2 macs in his studio, and 3 PC's. Never on the PC's have he had any issues opening and editing his customers photos no matter the format. However on the Macs that supposed to never crash, fail, give errors, and is absolutely perfect out the box as Apple states. He had over 1500, (yes one thousand five hundred) customer photos experience file association issues, and flat out disappear in an instant from the All Perfect Mac. This has happened several times (one of the types of tech issues apple don't tell you about). So in a nutshell, my dad won't abandon PC's because of these repeated issues. So Steve Jobs take note. It's not a lot of fun when your paycheck depends on your equipment working properly, customers are screaming, and your Apple products keep coming up short on its claims.
He still had to buy retail software apps for the Macs to do his work even though apple says they have all the software you'll ever need already built in. Apple = Racket
I've used the macs, and don't get me wrong I do like them quite a bit, but besides having a flashy OS, there is not really anything I see that a Mac can do that a PC can't. I have a Mac Fanboy that works with me in the IT department that brings his Macbook in and tries to convince me to give up my PC's (i have several that are all home built) and buy a MAC on a near daily basis. The more i use his and my fathers Mac's the more I see that they don't fit my user profile. The few professional mac users out there that use it for work or projects are the minute few who really do anything substantial with their computers, where the majority of mac fanboy bandwagon users swho scream and holler PC's suck while jumping up and down like mad toddlers, are not doing much with their machines other than downloading porn, editing myspace pages (the two places

of the viruses are coming from these days anyway), and creating youtube videos. Whoop Dee Doo! For those reasons, I'm going to go pay triple the cost for a Mac! (just kidding dudes)
All jokes and ribs aside, I just can't justify buying a proprietary un-upgradable computer product to play and mod video games and surf the net which is all i do while on the home PC's where what I have now does that just fine without having to be a slave to Steve Jobs.
