I wanted to say thanks for everyones psu suggestions. I eventually got a coolmax cx-450B. I found out my last power supply was not that of a sucky brand, but just simply not enough wattage for my system. I checked out coolmax reviews, and they do make great power supplies reviews have found to be quiet, stable, and cool. They also pack great features like short protection, and variable fan speed. Of course i told my parent to get me a 450W star tech (it's a trusty brand) on their way to fairbanks since i couldn't go. They come back with a coolmax 450W. Before i opened that sucker up, i checked some reviews on it. It's got the recommended voltage and amperage people were suggesting, and the reviews had a similar case like mine where a 350W just wasn't enough. So i popped that new sucker in, played some games, and did a processor intensive rip and re-encoding of a dvd for testing. And to my glee, the computer did not shutdown on each which would normally happen on my 350W(my 350W only has like 22amps..not enough power).
So thanks for the recommendations
Now i can get back to playing fs2 after 3 months....
