Well I can pretty much bet that Ross128 is crawling with SOC and GTVI ships and maybe even a few hidden SOC/GTVI instalations. They are coaming the sistem to find the node the shivans originaly used 32 years ago. And even if it was found i do not believe they would make it a public knoledge.


Why do I say this? Well because both GTVI and SOC must have a base of operations otherwise they could not operate eficiently. And this is one of the most remote sistems in the GTVA and one of the most rick involving sistems. So it would be avoided !

Yes agreed but even so the GTVI and SOC could not operate for long from a flag ship. This would seriously limit they moves as well as testing of new techs.

Ross 128 can't be a "off-limits, secret system".
Why? Becouse it's the only way to go from Laramis, Luytien, Worf 359, Bernards Star, Alphard and Dubbe to other GTVA territory.
Therefore it has to have a ****load of traffic going trough it at all times.

Well i believe you are right but even so it is by all means ar rather it should be a high risk sistem. And it would be a very good place for the GTVI and SOC to have a base of operations hidden within the sistem.

I bet the Ross 128 system has a heavy military installation, plus heavy military presence. I bet any convoys moving to Lamaris and onwards would be heavily guarded and all that. Plus they probably used Nav beacons to mark out the safe routes.
