Oh dear...
Well it seems a lot has happened since I went to bed last night. I have to say I don't like the way any of it has gone. I'm even tempted to start threatening people with banning at this stage (whom shall go un-named so we don't get
more flames). Needless to say I'm very disappointed at how this has all gone downhill. I'll address the posters in person to make this easier to read...
heretic: The original topic was a good point, we try to provide for everyone as opposed to just doing things as we see fit and if everyone had had a mature discussion about how the board was going then it would almost certainly have been taken into account in the future. Unfortunately it wasn't and degenerated into the very stuff I asked it not to. Perhaps something like this can be done in future and people might just treat it with a little maturity the next time. Also, try not to pass out the flame bait - having known you for a while I know your trying to do the right thing in all this but half of what you've said to Stryke hasn't done much other than provoke him.

Stryke... where to begin... Ok, firstly I've noticed for the last few weeks that your trolling. Try and cut back on it - half of what you've said here is pure flame bait and should never have been said. I honestly don't care how many communities you've been in and over how much time - it doesn't make you better than anyone else here and it certainly doesn't put you above the rules of this site. Your ranting is
pure flame bait of the highest quality and I have to ask myself that if your so cultured in other communities and have been around so long - why didn't you notice that and not do it.
Shrike is indeed right about one thing though, and this goes for everyone really. If you don't likea community, the people or what they do and as such only stick around to be the biggest pain in the backside possible, leave. Continuing this behaviour will get you nothing but a possible banning, this isn't the first time you've done something stupid and I've no time to put up with people acting as you have. Sort yourself out or leave - it's your call. Personally I'd love to see everyone behave in a nice way to eachother and so on - I realise this isn't possible 100% of the time but you are performing the exact opposite of this and that I
can do something about. Sort it out or I'll sort it out for you.
And for anyone else reading this - it's grade A material of what we're trying to prevent happening around here. This is the kind of thing that
really annoys me. More than spamming sometimes - and if I was in a worse mood I'd be making examples of people right now as well. Topic Locked.
