9th Court of Appeal has removed the last barriers to the abolishment of Don't Ask Don't Tell. Apparently the Pentagon are unlikely to appeal because it has already been agreed that the rule is unconstitutional.

I think it's good, more because there is always the temptation to procrastinate and say 'We aren't quite ready yet', so a poke up the rear to get things moving is a bonus.

Don't ask that it's being abolished, and don't tell that it is being done  :p
