Well, I'll stand corrected then, I'd heard that Red Squirrels were only to be found on the Isles now and weren't in the mainland UK. Seems I heard wrong I certainly haven't seen any for donkey's years.

Definitely. Was interesting watching a squirrel jump from a branch and then all of a sudden do constant spins to the ground. Enough paint balls will kill the sucker. Idk if my friend got to that sadistic point for a little bit or not.

out it the bush where my sister lives we are more concerned with porcupines. they like to chew on things, like power lines and hydraulic cables and stuff. so they usually get shot on site, stoned to death, run over, or catapulted into a river. squirrels never bothered me, but usually a blowgun or high power airsoft is all you need to kill em.

A sufficiently powerful cheap springer will kill most small animals. Usually 300 fps at the minimum. I can't help but chuckle when i'm outside, i hear a loud crack, and my power's out. Damn squirrel died on the transformer before it had a chance to scream. Happens every damn year. Squirrels do learn pretty well where they shouldn't go depending on how adamant you are at keeping them away from something. Just not transformers.
