Dont you think that a paintball gun would be a good tactical weapon in this game? Since paint has no high energy it could go through shields.  where the real tactics come in is that it can blind your enemies if you hit them in the cockpit, or partially blind them in a part of the cockpt.  IT would also look cool at the designs you could make on cap ships and crazy stuff like that

speaking of training missions, is there any such sexp as something like has-locked   you know, with an aspect missile. That's what the military does, it would be kind of cool.

you take a dumbfire missile and swap out its warhead with a bag of paint and a small detonator to spread it all over the place.

It could be a directed paint explosion, and write "0wnagE" in 50 meter high letters on the enemy capship.
