Thin and Elongate the body out, from these side views it looks like his hips are too close to his shoulders.
The wing membrane should stop at the rump on a longer body type, however with a truncated body like you've done it seems to be reasonable.

And there's no way you could make that into an Eastern dragon as they don't have wings. They fly via innate magics and such, using the wind, whatever. (They were depicted as agents of the gods and elements and as such didn't have neeed for any mundane flying purposes.
The collapsable dragon wing structure has always been my preference (like dragonheart).
