Found an interesting little article on the console, the company and the potential scam behind it all

EDIT;  had a quick peek at the console website (www.phantom.net) - it's interesting that they have no publishers of games listed (just a 'currently updating' type disclaimer) and that the forum link is 404-ed.  They have one little image on the title page showing what I presume are forthcoming titles....such as the exciting looking 'Lemonade Tycoon'!

The whole thing is a joke and that Roberts guy looks like a grifter of the largest sort.  I hope the judge takes one look at this case, throws it out and Roberts in the pokey.  Damn Con Man!
