the chapters are 2 numbers. Chapter 1 is '01', chapter 2 is '02', and so on. I assume chapters 10 and 11 are '10' and '11'.

Actually, that was my first thought, but I quickly ruled it out in "favor" of something worse - I thought you were posting one of those dreaded "Well, RL has caught up with me, goodbye" threads.
