If all you're going to do is compare countries to types of people then you can say as much and I'll lock this one as well. I'm hesitant to even put up with another political thread since they seem to happen so often.

the problem is that the only thing that is discussed over and over and over again, is Bush/Blair/Iraq and the war on terrorism.
It's been discussed to no end, and it just keeps popping up again...
Like an0n said about the crime rates, taxes and education.
Those are topics that deserve to be brought up to, not doing this same topic over and over again, with the same result each time.

Ragheads? Your just a racist punk arent you? I guess your statements should of been expected.

Funny i cant say the word that described black people using a vulgar word, why they heck is raghead allowed to be thrown around? Double standards suck and make this forum look really bad.

Ragheads are human beings who happen to beleive in something that we do not, dont be ignorant and use vulgarities to describe entire peoples.

IIRC, the only terrorists in Iraq were Answar-al-Islam, who were operating in the Kurdish territories against Saddam.  The only support for terrorism from Iraq I've (explicitly) heard of was payments to the families of Palestinian suicide bombers.  Saddam did offer Bin Laden sanctuary before he moved to Afghanistan, but was rejected as Iraq was a relatively secular state, not in keeping with bin Ladens views on governements(i.e. fundametalism Islamic state).

B-b-but discussing over BUSH=TEH SATAN and BLIAR = LAP DAWG is funny and educating, and we'll never reach anything even remotely intelligent? Bashing and flaming is teh funnay. People like to discuss about things they're interested, not over the system which milk prizes are based in Mongolia.

I consider it comedy gold, even if beaten to death with a dead hooker. Or something.
lol wtf

This is the stuff that's good for discussion and leads to any progessive talk1.
Salutions aldo_14! - someone who cared to mention sources, and gave a serious damn instead flaming the whole place.

Thank you.

This was my whole point during my previous thread. Write about events, quote from newspapers, and don't moralize over bull****.

would you mind giving me an example of where i bashed the EU in this thread? I have only been bashing people who compared the US to china. You couldnt even call that bashing because all i am doing is giving out links to news stories.

Are you still mad cuz your Polotics thread got deraild?

I don't go out of my way to discuss politics, it pisses me off enough as it is, I try to forget about it, I don't need a thread devoted to the subject, I chip in where I see fit regardless of what a thread is supposed to be about.

Isn't that how a conversation is supposed to work?

I tend to find most changes in myself come from within myself. I'm not a man to bow to external influences too often.

I went to one of those the other week. It was interesting. ;)
