Bollocks to them. We all know which 3 they should be allowing.

Yes, FO3. The one that actually made money (regardless of their bollixed marketting). ;)

Baldur's Gate 3 would've been my first choice of second sequel actually. :)

Yes, but BG2:SoA effectively ended the story for all the involved characters one way or the other.

Pretty sorry of them to do it that way though. That was supposed to be a trilogy and they jammed the third installment into an addon for the second game. Its like Bab5 season 3 and 4.

Yes but it was a massive add-on that was nearly as long as the first part.

And as far as Fallout 3 goes, I was never able to acheive much of anything in the first two because I kept running into things that were way beyond the ability of my character to handle, no to mention the system for interacting with your help was rediculous.  I mean the setting was innovative, and the realism of some of the characters, but I'm just no good at it.

If they do release it, I hope it's like Neverwinter Nights or BG2.

Actually, odds are that Atari is going to release a BG3 sometime next year. It'll probably be about as close to BG as Descent: Freespace is to Descent, though. Different characters, different setting, etc. The title is apparently Baldur's Gate 3: Seven Gates of Aznarr. Our current proof? A comment by an Atari employee and a magazine cover from a European gaming magazine.

BTW, can anyone translate that?

The Problem:

It also mentions Black Isle which has been done away with.

True. But who cares? I'm just spreading hopeful rumours. And rest of the cover does appear legitimate. At least, what I can interpret without being able to understand the text.
