Does anyone know where I can DL a monolithic install of IE6?

I'm installing a copy of PeoplePC's dialer software so I can use my parents account(don't worry, they know and don't care) on my computer for the summer.

BTW, don't ever, EVER get PeoplePC the actual servers are okay, but Tech Support blows.

...no.  It uses some kind of bloody Active X controls.  Let me be clearer, I need a newer version than IE5 to install PeoplePC's software.

And somehow the modem got assigned to COM 3, how do I fix that?

[color=66ff00]Yeah I got a rather cool software bundle with my new phone that allows you to backup stuff via bluetooth, it really is rather cool. Unfortunately it requires the installation of Outlook Express, it simply will not run without it.

Oh well.

[color=66ff00]I have to agree with you but it's fun to tinker with, bluejacking has a certain novelty to it as does bluesnarfing.

When that novelty wears off there's always toothing. ;)

At the risk of answering his question, he basically has three options:
Download the Administrator Kit.
Order the CD.
Install IE6 on his machine, then copy all the files from the Windows Update Setup Files folder.
ZylonBane's opinions do not represent those of the management.
