I don't think I need to point out the stupidity of this statement, not to mention that it is completely against the first amendment, which protects Political Speech above all others.
I think I should point out how stupid, and flawed your statement is. It has nothing to do with freespeech. It has everything to do with returning the corrupt politicians to the control of the people, where it belongs. All that campaign contributions are is just legalized bribery.
But, to stay on topic, his compatriots from the swiftboat squad he was in and several of his own crewmates,
Which is full of lies, and I can prove it. I can cite two examples without having to double check accuracy:
1.) Al French: He FREELY ADMITTED that he only heard this from friends, and did not even whitness the event. He did sign an affidavit saying he was there, but after admitting he lied his job as a county lawyer is in jeopordy (I do not recall exactly what his title is). How do I know all of this? Because the county I refer to is the one I live in when I am not at my university.
2.) One other guy got a Bronze Star, same as Kerry, for the same action. He stated in his report that they were under enemy fire. But now he says that they were not under enemy fire. So which one of his statements is a lie?
While I could be like you and call you an idiot or something like that, I won't.
The lesson to be learned (this goes for everybody) is don't believe anything that any political ad tells you. They are almost always full of lies and distortions.
And about how much Kerry has spent, Bush has been spending a lot more than Kerry in advertising. In addition to that he has been getting free advertiseing in the media ever since he decided to run for office 4 years ago.
