It's bad practise to presume that everyone knows this Kazan, a lot of ppl are using the plugin for mediaplayer which is bloody unhelpful when it can't read certain filetypes.

Everyone should try to give as much info as possible when releasing this kind of thing, there's a good reason why "idiots guide to" books sell so well

I was rolling my eyes because i've never released a video in anything other than DivX

As for the video... I got an amazing sense of deja vu from it... I'm sure I've seen something just like that somewhere else before... but where? Hmmmm.... Oh.... yeah!

Just watched the movie, and noticed a couple of things:

1. The beams don't fade.  They just disappear immediately.

2. The tip of the green beams can be seen just past the Ravana on two occasions.  At 13 seconds, and 24 seconds.

3. No engine glows!  

Suggestions:  Have up-close views of the ships firing!  You can use three cameras to do this.  One camera focuses on the Hecate, one on the Ravana, and one somewhere close enough to see the two ships fight.  You can do this using VPost in 3dsmax. (assuming thats what you use)  If you want, get with me sometime on ICQ and I'll show you what I mean in detail.  However, i'm afraid that I'm gonna have to cut this post short due to another damned thunderstorm.
