I was thinking that for the next launcher release, there should be a section for Fred 2 builds, and associated command-lines as well.  With as many builds as i have now it's very hard to figure out which one is the newest build.  Since the current launcher stays on the desktop while playing the main game, if your creating and testing new missions, it'll be easier to get to Fred without haveing to find the program again.  Just an idea for the next version of the launcher.

What I did which I generally find almost as easy as a launcher would be is this.

I made folder on my Dektop called FREDding Resources and added shortcuts to all the mission folders I regularly use (SoR, MG, TBP, FRED Academy etc). I then made a new shortcut to FRED for each of these campaigns with all the command lines (A list of the working ones is in my FAQ).

Then when a new build of FRED comes out I simply rename it so that all the shortcuts point at it. Apart from when new mods come out that require my attention in FRED this is actually faster than using a launcher would be
