How 'bout an original idea for the shivan ship designs?  Seriously, the Sath configuration is getting VERY old.  Sure, make it spikey, but dont make a carbon copy of the Sath.

Try and use another good model for inspiration, like the Rakshasa or the Ravana's mid and aft sections.

The only Sathanas part is four front claws. Those were on at least four different Shvan ships in FS2 in the first place.

that kinda happened on accident, that whole front end was originally gonna be enclosed by huge armor plates to make a massive docking bay, but i didnt like the way it looked and removed the plates. i wanted of internal area to fly around in. im actually thinking about putting little shivans inside that shoot at you with their beam thingie. i just really wanted to try my hand at large ships, i personally perfer criusers and vettes.
