It doesn't have the detail to look big, and the angle on the arms is too sharp (the back part, where they do the 90 degree thing towards the hull) to look shivan.

And what's it with the "My ship is bigger then yours" syndrome anyway. What is the player going to do against something bigger then a Sath? BoE people, BoE.

Looks bloody awesome, the fighter too. Score one for custom Texs I suppose Though I agree with the size issues (I'd see that as maybe 3 - 4 kms at most) I'm assuming you need a SSJ for something?

It looks like a supercarrier to me, 3-4 km in length.  I like the design, needs abit of tweaking, but good otherwise.  I do like the fighter, though I find it a little spindly for Freespace standards.

you need to check out the thing up close, its beutifull. it has some intracate details. i might put up a beta release for debuging purposes, as there are a couple issues with transparency id like the scp guys to adress.

the fighter was a pirate valk2 (namechange pending idea), hi paly recreation of the original valk2, i gave it gatling guns and made it a pirate vessel.

my original length was 9 km but i made an error in choosing a conversion factor, but i like it this way! its so imense that it causes fred to crash if i enable ship models.

That wouldn't be a size issue; I've gotten the 20km Armageddon to show in FRED before.  You'd better check out your model geometry.

Too big, but the model is waaaaaay cool. And that fighter is good as well. Looks rather fragile, but a good model.

its not size its polycout, the model has the fewest outward bugs of any capship i ever put together. freespac's poly limits may have been jacked up to hell, but fred lags behind abit.
