I've played lots of games with the 303 using FS2_Open 3.6.7 and had very little problem with it. If the variety of builds is a problem then you should choose a standard one. That's what you're doing when you all stick to Tom's build anyway after all.

Yes, these are the most ambiguous variables -- members of the multiplayer community, an undetermined bunch of people with personalities ranging from hothead to fruitcake.. and beyond. It's notoriously difficult to establish a common way of doing things, unless we are talking about a predetermined group of people.
