Anyways, the story behind this one:
The Beast has been running rampant across the Galaxy. You had found a massive siege cannon deelict in another sector, but whenever you fire it, the heatsinks melt, and the gun shuts down. You came to the Bentusi to get their help. When you arrived, they were all leaving through a massive slipgate, the Bentusi are particularly vulnerable to the Beast. You try to stop them by blocking the gate with your command ship. The Benusi dont take too kindly to this and open fire on your ships.
