Do such forums as Grognards and the Meeting Hall still exist? If the meeting hall does, could I get access? I PM'd Kalf a while ago but got no response.

There is no Grognards section anymore. It was replaced by a Site Feedback section for project leaders and moderators, but there hasn't been any activity in there for months.
