I suppose it would help if the program was called Win-7-Zip. But no. As one of the great legendary heroes has said: "Life sucks and then you ****in' die!".
How 'bout this logical conclusion:

7-Zip is open source.
FSO is open source.
FSO is nice.
FSO has no viruses.
-> 7-Zip is nice and has no viruses.

Edited because I just remembered that there are some legal complications that probably revoke the "free" status of FSO.

Hmm. A matter of preference. IZArc may support a load of formats, but most of those are really rare ones. I've never even seen a few of those before. 7-Zip opens up the ones used by this community with no hassle. And is, again, resource-friendly and fast.

What have we here? That's bad. Bad. Not good. Especially since the 7z format is not all that uncommon around here.

Oh well. I do hope BTA has understood that his options are to either get some archive tool or not play any more campaigns. Since no one is going to start uploading zipped campaigns for his convenience.

Investigation reveals BTA registered approximately a month after ITA Master did... and stopped posting a day after ITA Master did.


Shuffling through ITA Master's old campaign pages, I just realised he wished himself good luck once.

I've had WinRAR for years, and all that happens is that a "your eval. period has ended" message comes up if you actually open the exe, not if you use the shortcuts, and you can still use it anyway... :wtf: or you can put it on a CD Write only, so that it is always on day one of the eval. period (at least, I think this works).

Or you can just get 7-z. Call it -Win-7-z so it looks like MS, since it is for Windows...
His legacy will last until the beginning.
