Impressing Command in "Please Assist!" mission of Renegade Resurgence

When I complete the mission in Renegade Resurgence with the Denver, under recommendations, it says maybe you can impress command by doing something that is unexpexted of you.  What is it?
The Babylon Project was our last, best hope for peace.  It failed...

No no!  I love the mod!  That's just what Commander Ivanova says at the beginning of B5 season 3.
