Frequently.

I mostly get things like UNIX/Linux distros, large free apps (OpenOffice, Mods, etc), I do get the occasional Windows ISO when I lose a copy.

BitTorrent was the only way for me to get Steal This Film (and it was INTENDED to be distributed over the protocol), so I used it to get that.
