It's apparently thinner than the previous ones, though the thickness is uniform rather than being thinner at the edges like the previous iPhone.

Actually, they've changed the picture, which ruined the effect of my comment, the original picture was of someone standing next to a model of the product, which was about 1 1/2 times as big as he was

Gizmodo got the drop on Apple, though. They knew they were onto something big, and this is it.

Mind you, I'm not going to rush for it. I already have problems fitting a first-generation iPod Touch in my pockets. My pockets stand out pretty prominently if my cellphone is stacked in front of it.

Surely most pockets are big enough to fit your hand in, and most peoples hands are bigger than iphones? o_O

i'm still an android fan... my droid does everything the iphone does, cost less up front, cost less per month, and is more powerful than the iphone in every aspect*

Well, there isn't much to the 4G as far as I know. It's not as if I use most of the features on my 1G iPod Touch anyway. That was the main reason why I restored it to factory settings after leaving it jailbroken for about three months.
