Because grammar is quite obviously getting horrible in today's day and age for english in america. I'm not perfect of course, but i am pretty good at least in the area of then, than, there, their, and they're.

Bad grammar, even subtle, keeps me from taking this site seriously and pisses me off (it's in my home state, and they can't use words right).

I could write that better than they could. You could too; a lot of us could.
