Windu is the best Lightsabre fighter.
Yoda is the most powerful force-wise.
I'd say they draw for wisdom.

actually in the book and the movie they say that Windu is the most powerful with a lightsaber, and Yoda is the best in wisdom,
i'd say they draw for force...

And Obi-Wan is supposed to be a combination of both.  Wise, a good fighter, and strong in the force....but not quite the best at all three.  Not a bad combination however.
