You can get it from the 'new mods' section of HLP itself. There's also a single-shot kill missile in there called the Firestrike.

EDIT: Stupid me, everything is found at the HLP. I didn't know that the remember that the Spitfire came with the weapons, so I was like "dur." I had the spitfire model since uh....it came out I guess And there's the browning
