Here's my latest work. It started out as a shivan corvette (Since there is a shortage) but it's around 820 polys and as yet unturreted and unstablised (and judging from a quick test there are a lot of non-flat faces on it) so I think it would probably be better to make it a destroyer. If anyone has any ideas on how to improve it I`d like to hear them.

Most shivan ships look like fighters even the Sathanas :)

Actually, the Sath looks like a beetle.

It's not actually a texture. It's truespaces layered colours together with an image mask. I just put that on cause until I UV map it the textures look strange and distorted while this looks reasonably shivan :)

As for the sath I can see a small one as a heavy bomber :)

Take off the top two arms, and then shorten the conections from the bottom two to the body. Then you got yourself a kind of upside-down Manticore like thingy. It would be an awesome fighter. Remotely resembling the SF Chimera.

How about this, a shivan resupply ship? It's short, squat, mean looking, and heavily armored, medium armaments. Just an idea, but really like that design...

looks like it could be one but i personally don't think the shivans should have RBC's. Doesn't fit.

well they have sentry turrets, how bout one with a beam on it, the only other thing this looks like would be a freighter, but that's a distant second

That looks good, but try removing the top two instead of the bottom two.
