If your sensor subsystems are damaged, doesn't it effect your radar (static, etc)?

Damaged sensors, comms, and weapons all have lowered capacity.

and you can always call for support to miraculously repair everything.  It'd be interesting if we got a random "sorry sir, theres nothing i can do, you'll just have to fly blind.  dont worry, its how they used to do it in the 1st terran world war.  youll get used to it."
