Ani data for modders (for interface)

It wouzld be a good idea to put all data on different ani's for FS2 on one place. People tend to forget, or misplace that info, and then they ask around the thread.
So let's put the data for those files ( resolution, color depth, background, recomended number of frames, tips, etc...)
Different ani's:

Command briefing
Ship selection icon
Ship briefing icon
Ship tech ani
Weapon selection icon
Weapon selectio ani
Weapon tech room ani
Shield icon
........
