I havn't really seen anyone mess around with muzzleflashes so I dont know if people already know this, but i have been experimenting with muzzleflashes, and they have been flawless except for one thing. THEY DONT FOLLOW THE GUNOPOINT. They stay in your point of origin! Since I am not a programmer myself I was wondering if anyone could figure out a way to get them to follow gunpoints. This would be VERY good for the TVWP.

Mmph - I haven't had time; sorry.  Try fiddling around with the tables or whatever (I know, you have, but fiddle some more ;)).

The problem is you cant define it as a simple missile explosion (what they normally are) or a weapons muzzleglow (as the title of the table suggests)

The UW mroe than the TVWar needs muzzeflashes. We need smoke coming out of machine gun barrels. Who would believe that a person shoots of a shotgun, and no smoke comes out of the barrel? Same with artillary.

Umm, firing standard gunpowder-type weapons wouldn't work too well in space:  there is no oxygen to interact with.   Explosions are still possible, but not the kind that produce a smoking barrel...
Sesqu... Sesqui... what?

I would have to disagree, given that the ignition/explosion of the propellant takes place inside the sealed shell of the ammunition. Once the slug has seperated from the shell, there's no use in the propellant burning any further, since the impulse would be almost undirected.
[I am not really here. This post is entirely a figment of your imagination.]
