Please help me to find the following stuff:

The latest PCS.

the cute little program that flips the normals of all FS ships, and incidentally converts them to COB format.

3d exploration. I no wanna Deep Exploration.

also if someone knew where I could get a pet snake, I wouldnt mind.

I got to impress the ladies at the zoo by petting one of them. Thos are just tooooo darn cute!!!

as for the links, Kazans PCS does include a POF to COB converter, but I don't like it. I remember there was a little proggy around once, named POF2COB or something that converter POF to COBs, surprisingly, and flipped all the normals in the process. I'd rather reflip the normals than sort out the lods I need from a bunch of meshes and lights.

check vwatch tools...I think thats where COB2POF and POF2COB are...

I have something called Pof2Cob 0.9 here (the one made by the Segeltuch guy), which I think does flip the normals and mirror the ships around as you said.

there are windows shells for all of the cob/pof converters out there; don't know why people still use the dos ones... :p :D
