HAPPY NEW YEAR.

Anyway. I have a bottle of Whiskey, some substaces of dubious nature, money and access to a pub and a frisky g/f.

Though I doubt it can beat last years "Lets see how many things we can do with fireworks before we get arrested" plan. Which consequently resulted in the destruction of half of someones back garden. I like new years :)

I have a carrier bag full of fireworks (including a cluster rocket left over from November), and an industrial sized bottle of Mr Jack Daniel's Old No 7... combining the two could be interesting ;7

Wet fireworks don't work too good :)

Mr Daniels, he makes a fine sippin' whiskey.

Drunk. Extremely drunk. You know, press-your-head-up-against-the-toilet-bowl-to-cool-your-headache drunk?

Wait... I'm only 14.....:nervous:
Spoon - I stand in awe by your flawless fredding. Truely, never before have I witnessed such magnificant display of beamz.
Axem -  I don't know what I'll do with my life now. Maybe I'll become a Nun, or take up Macrame. But where ever I go... I will remember you!
Axem - Sorry to post again when I said I was leaving for good, but something was nagging me. I don't want to say it in a way that shames the campaign but I think we can all agree it is actually.. incomplete. It is missing... Voice Acting.
Quanto - I for one would love to lend my beautiful singing voice into this wholesome project.
Nuclear1 - I want a duet.
AndrewofDoom - Make it a trio!

Oh yeah, you must dress up in weird ways this year :doubt: ( I hate disguizing myself ) Wanna go for the baba cool look :p. I love parties with friends, when you're stuck in a flat :doubt:

Well, I spent all day today and half of yesterday ringing around and talking to people trying to find a party, and do you think I could in this crappy little town?

Noooooooo.

So I ended up sitting at home, doing nothing :(. The irony is, with the number of people I contacted who were just planning on staying home and doing nothing, we could have had a decent party, we just didn't have anywhere to have it :s.

Next year I'm booting my family out of the house and having one here.

Well, it's over and done with. Funniest thing that happened was at 11pm or so, a few friends and I went into a cafe for a little something to drink (we had mentioned coffee previously...). So my friend from Australia goes up to the counter and orders a hot chocolate and a latte, nearly giving the person behind the counter a heart attack! At first I thought he might have simply misunderstood, since my friend ordered in English and the guy at the counter didn't nessecarily speak English all that well, so I translated his order into Hebrew. The bartender recovered enough from his fit of laughter to blurt out that he was laughing at my friend ordering a non-alcoholic drink a mere hour before New Years' Eve. :p Looked like that bartender had had one too many himself, though. ;)

"...The quintessential quality of our age is that of dreams coming true. Just think of it. For centuries we have dreamt of flying; recently we made that come true: we have always hankered for speed; now we have speeds greater than we can stand: we wanted to speak to far parts of the Earth; we can: we wanted to explore the sea bottom; we have: and so  on, and so on: and, too, we wanted the power to smash our enemies utterly; we have it. If we had truly wanted peace, we should have had that as well. But true peace has never been one of the genuine dreams - we have got little further than preaching against war in order to appease our consciences. The truly wishful dreams, the many-minded dreams are now irresistible - they become facts." - 'The Outward Urge' by John Wyndham

"The very essence of tolerance rests on the fact that we have to be intolerant of intolerance. Stretching right back to Kant, through the Frankfurt School and up to today, liberalism means that we can do anything we like as long as we don't hurt others. This means that if we are tolerant of others' intolerance - especially when that intolerance is a call for genocide - then all we are doing is allowing that intolerance to flourish, and allowing the violence that will spring from that intolerance to continue unabated." - Bren Carlill

Yay. It's finally 2003. My 'little camping trip' was a total disaster before the new year arrived - no booze, no women - nothing.

After 12, two chicks dragged me into their room and 6 hours later we were laing on the bed 'having fun' - yes, two beautiful chicks and me :)
