no foo, that's tehe chimera. the hydra is a small super crappy (stat wise ) shivan fighter I've made a year ago. you shuold be able to find a lot of screenshots with it in the OTT or inferno forums.

Anyway, there's a bug with the debris GSP structure.  Several Freespace 2 crashes later, I was able to isolate the problem.  A fix should be available soon.

As far as I know, nothing from OTT has ever been released for community consumption, so I ask again: What SF Hydra?

Btw eviscerator, I did release the first version of the benkei, but nobody seemed to give a damn about that.

Goob, I've seen that. I've been over the OTT site with a fine-toothed metal detector ever since it came online, BUT, again I have no knowledge of any release of anything.

IMHO a released product is always going to take precedence in my mind over an unreleased product. So, in my mind, if somebody wanted to name their released ship the GTVA Nosegoblin, they get to. Even if someone else has named their unreleased Vasudan fighter the same thing. Release beats out no-release, again IMHO.

Also, IMO I believe that fighter would be WAY better as a Vasudan Superiority Fighter than as a Shivan fighter.

no, benkei = benkei. tau fighter. I released it in the forum.
As for the name, honestly, I don't care if someone uses the same name as mine. but I think two SF hydra would be kindda stupid, and there's no way I would change the name ( yeah right, gonna track and change the name in all the tbls and missions? ). So voila. I've put a list of all the ships that are in OTT on my website, techroom page ( it's the status page for mods, also ).
And all those are names that I WILL use and WON'T change. after that, it's fine with me if someone decides to make another GTD Gaia or SD Yama. If people like to being confused, well...
