I edit the ships, and weapons TBL in wordpad, but I don't know something: I want to edit the Ulysses to have two missile banks, and each has the capacity of 20(20 hornets). So has the same capacity like the original just in two banks. In the game/FRED, the fighter has merely one bank, but in the tbl file, the Secondary missile banks are editted as ( 20 20 ).

I think that would require modifying the pof to have two missle hard points.

Ya you would have to edit the POF. But that can be done with Modelview which you can get here http://www.descent-freespace.com/

Getting interested in modelling, but I don't know if is TrueSpace 2 and POF Converter enough to successfully make a new ship for FS2? I am currently trying to do a simple sentry gun. Can you send me a full tutorial that can help me?
