Green Eye is looking for someone, or several someones who can do excellent, beautiful looking mission backgrounds.  If you can do something original, that's even better.  We're not terribly picky, but we'd prefer a talent for being able to do gigantic nebulae with various colors of blue.

There's a useful program I downloaded sometime ago called FS2MBU.  It basically makes entire background for you and I have had nothing but stellar (pardon the pun) results from it.  I think you can download it in the tools section.

Kazan's thingamajigar (alliance productions FS2 kit) has a random background creator that is pretty good as well...
