errr. no... TS 2 dosn't let you put numbers next to letters without a , (comma) the comma messes up any converting stuff meaning you can rename it in a text editor (???) or you can use letters to test stuff etc (just replace 01 with a and remeber the tables and it works fine):yes:

I have done it.
I have named it 'turretAA' and renamed to 'turret01' in hex editor (used XVI32 http://www.chmaas.handshake.de/).

And another question:
I have made fighter model and created 'thruster01a' with a glued light and 'thruster01a-geo'. I have used cob2fs2 but no thruster was imported. It's possible that cob2fs2 hasn't this feature. I can't use PCS because 'Stack protection' occurs. Can I override this protection ?
