Well, seeing as it seems to be a bunch of 'no page here yet', I'll say no.  I'm not even sure what it's supposed to be exactly, as the 'about' section is blank.  FS2 models for blender?  Non-canon FS2 models for blender?  How to make a FS2 model in blender?
