as done in photoshop...

oh, and i'm not writing it though i pretty much created it.. a fellow hard light member pretty much fleashed it out for me (i only created the characters) and for that i thank him, i'll let him announce himself though

I'd ask why the guy (thing? someone get me the anthropomorphism grammar book) on the left has a voltmeter, and the one on the right a price tag on their antiarmor rifle, but I'd rather make Mexico jokes.

And, ah, not bad. You've got the Photoshop finishing thing down pretty well.

on left -> mini hacking tool (al-la aliens)
on right -> tag reads 'boom stik' and a anti armour rifle makes a plenty loud enough noise to quantify it.

it's set in the US, Groom lake to be more precise
